Try the restaurant and café demos

Reserve a table or place an order on the public site, then open the staff side: the reservation book, the order pass, and the café's ticket board where every order moves from new to ready.

Every business, name, price and phone number in these demos is invented. What you enter is saved only in your own browser, for the day, so you can find it on the dashboard — nothing is sent anywhere.

Demo Restaurant

Restaurant · Dubai · English

Table reservations that show what is genuinely free for your party size, online ordering for collection or delivery, and the staff view — the reservation book, the pass and the menu in one place.

  • Reserve a table
  • Order for collection or delivery
  • Reservation book and floor view
  • Order pass

Demo Café

Café & roastery · Dubai · English

A 32-item menu with size, milk and extras, order-ahead for pickup or delivery with a time slot, and the bar's ticket board where staff move each order from new to ready.

  • Order ahead
  • Pickup or delivery slot
  • Ticket board
  • Menu and sold-out control

Who this is for

  • A restaurant taking reservations by phone and Instagram message, with the book kept on paper by whoever answered.
  • A café or bakery whose regulars would order ahead if they could, and whose eight o'clock queue is the bottleneck of the day.
  • A kitchen selling delivery only through aggregator apps, and paying commission on customers who already know it by name.
  • An owner whose menu changes every week, and whose website still shows last season's prices.

What a restaurant or café website should actually do

A menu you control

Items, sizes, options and extras. A dish can be taken off from the staff side in a tap, and the public menu changes at the same moment.

Reservations that know your floor

Guests see only the times that are free for their party size, instead of filling in a form someone answers later. The book on the staff side fills as they reserve.

Ordering ahead, for pickup or delivery

Order from the menu with the options that matter, pick collection or delivery and a time slot, and the order lands on the right screen.

Screens for the floor and the pass

A ticket board where staff move each order from new to ready, and tonight's reservations at a glance, built for a phone or a tablet on the counter.

Your own ordering, next to the delivery apps

A website with ordering does not replace the delivery apps, and we will not pretend it does: they bring customers who have never heard of you. What your own site gives you is a direct way for the customers who already know you to order and reserve, with no commission on each order and their details kept by you.

Whether that is worth building depends on how many of your orders come from regulars. It is one of the first questions we ask on the scope call.

What we can show you

For this industry, the two demos are the proof: open them and try the ordering, the reservations and the staff screens yourself. The businesses are fictional and the data is sample data, but the rules (party sizes, time slots, dishes taken off the menu) are calculated live.

The closest client work we have shipped is not a restaurant: it is Ezhal, a multi-role car-service platform with customer bookings, payments through MyFatoorah and Stripe, subscriptions, a wallet and points. Those are the same parts a restaurant's ordering and loyalty programme are built from.

Timeline and price

A menu website on its own takes a few weeks. Add reservations or online ordering with a staff side and it becomes a small platform, usually one to two months, and longer with payments, delivery zones or several branches.

The price is fixed in USD after a free scope call and paid across milestones. The site, the data and the payment account are all in your name.

Common questions

Can customers pay online when they order?

In a real build, yes, through a payment gateway chosen for your country: Stripe, MyFatoorah or PayTabs. Cash on collection or delivery can sit alongside it. The demos stop before payment because they have no backend.

Does this replace the delivery apps?

No, and it should not try to. The apps bring you new customers, and your own ordering serves the ones who already know you, without the commission. The two can run side by side.

Can guests reserve a table for a specific party size?

Yes. The restaurant demo only offers the times that are free for the number of guests, and the reservation appears in the staff book straight away.

Can staff take a dish off the menu when it runs out?

Yes, from the staff side, and it disappears from the public menu at once. Both demos show it.

Can the menu be in Arabic and English?

Yes, with a real right-to-left Arabic layout. Every project here runs in Arabic or English.

Are the restaurant and café in the demos real?

No. Demo Restaurant and Demo Café are invented, with addresses on Demo Street and phone numbers ending in xxx. They exist to show ordering, reservations and the staff screens working.
