Clinic and dental websites with online booking built in
Patients pick a treatment or a doctor, see the slots that are actually free, and book without calling. The front desk sees the appointment, and the patient record it created, in one dashboard. The two demos below do exactly that, so you can try them before you talk to us.
A dental clinic and a multi-specialty medical clinic, each a public website with the dashboard behind it. Book an appointment as a patient, then open the dashboard and find it waiting.
Every business, name, price and phone number in these demos is invented. What you enter is saved only in your own browser, for the day, so you can find it on the dashboard — nothing is sent anywhere.
Demo Dental Clinic
Dental clinic · Dubai · English
Treatments and prices, online booking against real slot rules — lunch breaks, closed days, nothing inside the next two hours — and a clinic dashboard where the front desk finds the new appointment and the patient record it created.
Doctors by specialty, a five-step booking wizard that finds the first free slot across a whole department, and a staff dashboard with full control over appointments and patient files.
A dental practice whose diary lives in a paper book or a spreadsheet, and whose phone rings all day with questions a website could answer.
A clinic with several doctors or specialties, where patients do not know who to ask for and reception spends the day matching them up.
A practice losing bookings in the evening and at weekends, when nobody is there to pick up.
A clinic whose website is a brochure: opening hours, a phone number, and nothing a patient can actually do on it.
What a clinic website should actually do
Treatments and prices, before the visit
Each treatment with what it involves and what it costs, or an honest range. A patient who has seen the price before booking is a patient who turns up.
Booking against your real schedule
Slots come from your working hours, lunch break, closed days and each doctor's calendar, so the website never offers a time the clinic cannot keep.
Doctors and specialties
A profile for every doctor, and booking that can start from a specialty when the patient has no name in mind. The medical demo finds the first free slot across a whole department.
A dashboard for the front desk
Today's appointments, reschedules, cancellations and the patient record in one place, so the diary is the system rather than a copy of it.
What the demos show, and what a real build adds
The dental demo applies real slot rules: it respects the lunch break and the closed day, and never offers a time inside the next two hours. The medical demo takes a patient through five steps (specialty, doctor, date, time, details) and can jump straight to the first available doctor in a department. In both, the booking appears on the staff side the moment it is made.
The demos keep their data in your own browser, for the day. A real build for your clinic adds what they deliberately leave out:
A real database and staff accounts, with each role seeing only what it should.
Confirmations and reminders by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Reminders are what bring no-shows down.
Your own treatments, prices, doctors, hours and branches, in Arabic, English or both.
Hosting, domain and data in your clinic's own accounts.
Patient data, handled honestly
A booking site holds personal data, and it would be easy to write the word compliant here. We will not. Desert Launch does not hold a healthcare compliance certification, and any studio that implies one without naming it should be asked to name it.
What we do instead is answer the concrete questions at scoping: where the data lives and in whose account, which role can see which record, and what is logged. We usually recommend keeping the booking site to what a booking needs (a name, a phone number, a reason for the visit) and leaving clinical notes in the system built for them. If your regulator sets specific requirements, bring them to the scope call and they go into the written quote.
Our shipped work in dentistry
The closest client work we have shipped is Xera Lab, a dental case management platform: a portal for the clinics sending work in and an admin dashboard for the lab team, on Node.js and PostgreSQL with role-based access. It is a private production system rather than a public booking site, but it solves the same kind of problem, with records, roles and files that have to stay findable.
If your problem looks more like Xera Lab's, with cases arriving from outside rather than patients booking in, the lab and clinic case management page is written for it.
Timeline and price
A clinic website on its own (treatments, doctors, contact, fast and findable in search) takes two to four weeks. Add online booking with real schedule rules and a front-desk dashboard, and it becomes a small platform that usually takes one to two months.
The price is a fixed number in USD, quoted after a free scope call. After the 30% deposit, each payment follows a milestone you have opened and accepted as a working build. The pricing page shows where a project like this sits.
Yes. Booking can start from a doctor or from a specialty, and the medical demo shows both, including the first free slot across a whole department for a patient with no preference.
Will it send appointment reminders?
A real build can, by SMS, email or WhatsApp. SMS and WhatsApp go through a paid messaging provider billed to your own account, and email costs almost nothing. The demos leave reminders out because they have no backend.
Can the website be in Arabic and English?
Yes, with a proper right-to-left Arabic layout rather than a mirrored English one. Every project here runs in Arabic or English, and this site is built the same way.
Can it connect to the clinic software we already use?
Sometimes. It depends on whether your current system has an API or an export worth using. We check that first, so you hear the answer on the scope call rather than after paying for an integration.
Do we need an app, or is a website enough?
For booking, a website that works properly on a phone is usually enough, and cheaper to run. An app earns its cost when patients come back often enough to keep it installed, for follow-up plans, results or loyalty. We will tell you which one you actually need.
Are the clinics in the demos real?
No. Demo Dental Clinic and Demo Medical Clinic are invented, and deliberately look it: the doctors are called Doctor 1, Doctor 2 and so on, the address is on Demo Street and the phone numbers end in xxx. They exist to show how the booking and the dashboard behave.
